1. How long do I have to return an item?
You have a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns requested outside of this period may not be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing by our team.
2. How do I start a return or cancellation?
To start a return, please email us at help@doshatea.com with your order number, a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, and the reason for the return. For cancellations, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing your order to modify or cancel it.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, in eligible cases such as receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we can offer an exchange. Please contact us at help@doshatea.com to initiate the exchange process.
5. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived after 7 business days, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking your package or resolving any delivery issues.
6. What are your shipping rates?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S. at $6.99 per order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly communicated on our Website.
7. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.
8. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed the same day, while orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your order’s status in real-time. If your tracking does not update within 72 hours, please contact us.
10. What happens if the wrong item is delivered?
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, please contact us at help@doshatea.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process to return or exchange the item.
11. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
You may modify or cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this time, we are unable to make changes to the order. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid issues with delivery.
