SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Where does Doshatea ship? We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international locations.

2. What are the shipping costs? We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD per order across the United States. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat).
  • Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Sat).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3–6 business days from the date of purchase.

4. How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a real-time tracking link. Please allow 48–72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

5. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived? If your package has not been delivered after 7 business days from the date of shipment, please contact us at help@doshatea.com so we can investigate the delay with the carrier.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

6. What is your return window? We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible.

7. Who pays for return shipping? * Our Error: If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item, Doshatea will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • Customer Choice: For changes of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

8. Can I cancel or modify my order? Yes, but you must contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be intercepted or changed.

9. How do I initiate a return or exchange? Please email help@doshatea.com with your Order Number and photos of the item’s condition. Our team will review and provide instructions within 72 business hours.
