We currently provide domestic shipping services to:
All 50 U.S. States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Please note: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or international destinations.

We understand that timely delivery is essential. Our logistics workflow is divided into two phases: Handling Time and Transit Time.

Processing Details: Orders placed before the 2:00 PM EST cut-off are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on Sundays, or during federal holidays will be initiated the following business day.
High-Volume Periods: During seasonal peaks or sales, handling may require an additional 1–2 days. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed.
4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with major U.S. carriers to ensure secure delivery, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Carrier Selection: The specific carrier is determined at the time of shipment based on the most efficient route for your location.
Real-Time Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal.
Note: It may take up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Delivery Issues & Accountability
Doshatea takes responsibility for your order until it reaches your door. Please contact our support team immediately if:
Non-Delivery: Your tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package is missing.
Damage: Your items arrive damaged or defective.
Extended Delays: You have not received your package within 7 business days of shipment.
