Order Modification & Address Verification Policy

At Doshatea, we strive for maximum efficiency in our fulfillment process. To ensure that your orders are dispatched within our promised timelines, we have established the following protocols regarding order adjustments and data accuracy.
1. The 4-Hour Modification Window
To maintain our expedited shipping standards, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Customers are granted a 4-hour window from the time of purchase to request any of the following:
Order Cancellation: Full reversal of the transaction.
Item Modification: Changes to size, color, or quantity.
Data Correction: Updates to contact information or shipping addresses.

2. Post-Processing Limitations
Once the 4-hour window has expired, your order is electronically transmitted to our fulfillment center and entered into the production/packaging queue.
No Further Changes: After this point, we are unable to intercept, modify, or cancel the shipment.
Return Process: If you no longer require the items after the modification window has closed, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to initiate a standard return once the package is delivered.
3. Address Verification & Customer Responsibility
Accuracy of shipping data is the sole responsibility of the customer. Doshatea utilizes automated label generation systems that rely on the information provided at checkout.
Verification: Please audit your street name, apartment/suite number, city, state, and ZIP code before finalizing your payment.
Failed Deliveries: Doshatea is not legally or financially liable for orders that are undeliverable, lost, or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the purchaser.
Re-shipping Fees: In instances where a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-dispatch the order to the correct location.
4. Support Accountability
Our support team is dedicated to assisting you with any order-related concerns. We aim to respond to all modification inquiries within one business day, prioritizing those within the active 4-hour window.
