At Doshatea, we strive for excellence in every garment we deliver. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit, which is why we have established a clear and structured return process to assist you.
1. The 30-Day Return Window
Customers have a 30-day period from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests submitted after this 30-day window has expired are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To ensure your return is accepted, the item must meet the following mandatory criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Tags & Packaging: All original brand tags and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.

Documentation: A valid proof of purchase (Order Confirmation email) is required for all return transactions.
Note: Doshatea reserves the right to deny returns that show visible signs of wear, laundering, or damage caused by the customer after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team via email at help@doshatea.com with the following information:

Your full name and Order Number (e.g., #DS-1234).

High-resolution photos or a video clearly showing the item’s current condition (mandatory for damage/defect claims).

A brief statement explaining the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 72 business hours. If approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to package and send the item back to our facility.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is necessitated by an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong size, color, or a defective product), Doshatea will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Customer Preferences: For all other returns, such as a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer direct exchanges exclusively for items that arrive damaged during transit, have manufacturing defects, or were fulfilled incorrectly. If you require a different style or color for a standard return, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order through our website.

Items sent back to our headquarters without a prior approved return request will not be processed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as Doshatea is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
