1. Inspection and Refund Approval

All returned items undergo a formal quality inspection at our facility to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria (unused, unwashed, and with original tags).

  • Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

2. Refund Method & Bank Processing

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • Credit Card/Bank Timelines: Please note that while Doshatea initiates the transfer immediately upon approval, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.

  • Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of approval, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: For returns due to customer preference (change of mind or incorrect size selection), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

4. No Restocking Fees

To ensure a positive shopping experience, Doshatea does not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the eligible item, provided it meets our return conditions.

5. Full Refunds for Defective/Incorrect Goods

If a refund is granted due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product, damage during transit, or incorrect item fulfilled), Doshatea will provide a 100% refund, including all original shipping costs incurred by the customer.
